Not sure how the translation procedure is done....so this might be a stupid question:
If there is a translation for CAM\TS versions of a movie...then do you just add that translation to the R5 version?...or do you have to translate it again from new?

for Hellboy 2, there's no translation it, but wer're working on it to the TS version.
when the R5 version will be released, there will be only a need to synchronize.
